Although we salute anyone who adds quality to people’s lives, we’ve designed this program specifically for women.Our program allows women to exclusively focus on themselves, without the daily interruptions they encounter.This can create a loss of identity; resulting in poor decision making, a loss of confidence, low self-esteem and low self-worth which can lead to resentment.In order to find the answers you must ask yourself the right questions.Obstacles are put in our way to ease us out of our comfort zone, I call this the character defining moment, how you deal with the situation can often define who you are.

I have been Personal Training since 2010 and have worked along-side Paul Herbert a former international athlete at Body Transformations for the last 2 years, gaining valuable tips and knowledge to help complete my skills set towards motivating clients to achieve the results that they desire.
In my time as a trainer I’ve helped with a wide variety of clients ranging from the sedentary person all the way through to a tri-athlete Chris Ellis, who competed in last year’s European Championships.
Whatever your goals and desires, whether you are training to look a particular way, or a sporting event, I can help make these things happen. I’ll motivate you to push yourself further than you would yourself, helping to show you your true potential in changing your life for the better!
Singing well requires good posture, solid core strength, strong voice projection and voice control.
To achieve this you must have satisfactory muscle conditioning.
Our unique program will get you hitting those hard to reach musical notes.
We use a combination of breathing techniques, strength conditioning exercises, core strengthening and balance awareness exercises to propel you towards your goal.
Singers create sound by using the abdominal and back muscles, the rib cage, lungs, the oral cavity, and more.
So having proficient muscle conditioning allows you to control the quality of your voice.
With a love for exercise and sport I studied and qualified as a Sports Remedial Therapist and Personal Trainer 10 years ago. From then I started my own business in 2004 in personal training and rehabilitation and also worked for two years with the RAF and British Army as a civilian physical training instructor, training soldiers and potential officers for Sandhurst.
My real passion is to help people of all ages achieve their goals whether it be to lose weight, run their first race or adopt a healthier lifestyle.
10 week Transformation program.
Our ten week program will take you from I CAN’T to I CAN.
You get three sessions per week for ten weeks, that’s thirty training sessions and there are ten people per group.
You can time it so that you’re just days away from your holiday break, or continue your transformation throughout the year.
The sessions are designed to meet you at your fitness levels and capabilities.
We use a positive approach to keep those improvements coming.
Our Trainers will assist you in improving the way you see yourself.
As the saying goes, there is strength in numbers, so the camaraderie you’ll experience amongst your group , will give you that extra push you’ll need.

10 week Transformation program £180
10 weeks – 10 people – 1 result.
In your first 6 sessions, your trainer will take you through a technique course.
This will prepare your body to achieve the very best results.
A rule of thumb- if you squat; for instance and you adopt the correct body position, you will predominantly work your legs, but your buttocks, back and stomach will work also.
This will incorporate and encourage more lean muscle fibres.
Following the technique course you will have a further 24 workouts in an eight week period, to complete the program.
To promote the loss of body fat exercise is influential, however; combine it with eating healthily, this will certainly transform you.
