Before making a commitment to a programme, you will have the opportunity to meet with a personal trainer for a free initial consultation, to discuss your individual goals and the benefits of employing your own personal trainer. At this stage you may agree to personal terms of contract and a series of training sessions. Prior to your first session, you will be required to complete a medical lifestyle questionnaire, consent form and a food diary, these will assist your personal trainer in designing and advising you on a healthy diet and lifestyle
