You’ll be guided by a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, who will guide you every step of the way and work with you to create a personalised plan that meets your specific needs and fits into your busy lifestyle.

Inch loss club

The transformation program, as it was formerly known, has been running for almost three years and has produced amazing results, a few of its earliest clients has even gone on to become personal trainers themselves.

Due to its popularity it has a 6 month waiting list, however we are now starting a new group, at The gym group, Watford, February 2023.

Perseverance

Our ten week Perseverance program was designed to challenge you and give you the necessary tools needed to help you stay on track.

 You will have your own personal trainer for 10 weeks, guiding you and setting reachable targets for you to hit each week.

 If needed, you’ll have your very own personal meal plan, which will compliment what you’re trying to achieve.

 Whether you have a sedentary lifestyle, a regular gym goer, or a de-conditioned athlete, your fitness and weight loss Perseverance program will guide you to a more improved you.

With three different levels, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced, there is no reason, at all to doubt yourself.

 We have a long history of training very satisfied clients and the way this program has been designed, we were able to ensure each program is tailor-made to each individual and their needs.

Sports massage

The saying “prevention is better than cure” holds true, especially when discussing individuals with poor posture, those in the sporting world, for type of occupation that require repeated actions and for people with reduced flexibility.

Sports therapy

 Our approach involves identifying, assessing, and managing injuries to facilitate a safe return to sports or daily activities.

Boxing sessions

Our one2one boxing sessions are fun.

"Encouraged and motivated"

Paul is an absolutely fantastic trainer. I first met Paul in 2019 and at the time weighted close to 100kg. Over the past 3 years I have lost nearly 30kg and am back to my pre weight gain weight. During my training with Paul my grandad passed away and Paul was an extremely kind and empathetic ear and even though I have sometimes found it difficult to maintain diet discipline, Paul never gave up on me and constantly encouraged and motivated me. I initially signed up to Paul’s programme because I pulled a muscle doing a lift in hope that I’d get training to correct my form, but Paul provided way more than I expected. My own goals were to get strong, but Paul changed my diet to a plan I was happy with that changed my energy levels and helped me lose a ton of weight without any muscle loss. No muscle loss was important for me as I wanted strength over looks, but by the time I finished with Paul I had both. He pushed me beyond my limits while training without any pressure and taught me to train the correct muscles in the correct way.
